The attached form was created by small groups within the IT 7240 Digital Learning Community. The form was created for a variety of audiences (i.e. students, parents, etc) to: (a) evaluate the authencity of the content; (b) the ability to navigate with ease; and (c) the design of the website.
Kelli Bates-I like the evaluation form. It allows all stakeholders-parent, teachers, students, collaborative groups, and professionals-to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the site for its intended purpose. I would like to use this form when my students engage in a research, inquiry-based project or activity. I give it two thumbs up!!!
